Bo Jackson really knows life after sports. After playing professional baseball and football at the same time for several years, a freak 1991 injury on a tackle required hip-replacement surgery and ended the 1985 Heisman Trophy-winning running back's NFL career. He amazingly returned to baseball in 1993 to help the White Sox to a division title but retired in 1994 after the strike-shortened season. Being out of sports, however, hasn't slowed Jackson's desire for challenges and competition.
