FIU signed two players that may not end up seeing the campus as a result of the MLB Draft.  Manny Machado out of Brito Miami Private (Fla.) and Kellin Deglan out of R.E. Mountain High (Langley, British Columbia) said yes to coach Turtle Thomas and FIU.  According to Baseball America Machado is the No. 1 position player in the US and Deglan is the No. 1 player in Canada.
