For a majority of players in the high school world, baseball is an just activity that keeps their daily schedules busy, teaches them a selfless unified way of working on a team and creates friendships for a lifetime.  For the more serious player, the world of recruiting and playing at the next level slowly becomes a reality when the junior season awakens.  ESPN RISE sat down with Texas native Jacques de Gruy to see what guidelines and qualifications he looked for in a college and what advice he has for players about to make that choice.
